You can enroll in the policy offered during the leasing process or use any provider you prefer. Many carriers offer qualifying policies for a few dollars per month. Yes. The Preferred Employer Program at Ebbtide Villas & Flats gives qualified applicants who work for a partner employer waived application and administrative fees with approved credit, 3% off monthly rent, and 50% off the one-time pet fee. Current partners include Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort, SeaWorld Orlando, and the School District of Osceola County. A companion Hometown Heroes program extends the same recognition to police, fire, EMS, teachers, and military. To enroll, bring a valid employment ID or badge and a recent pay stub or employment verification letter. Savings are applied at move-in and are non-transferable. Ebbtide Villas & Flats does not offer furnished apartments. Every home comes unfurnished but includes stainless steel appliances, an in-home washer and dryer, ceiling fans, and window coverings already installed. Once You Move In
Can I install shelves, curtains, or hang posters?
Yes. Residents at Ebbtide Villas & Flats are encouraged to personalize their homes with shelves, curtains, and wall hangings. Please make sure any installation does not damage the walls and that the home is returned to its original condition at move-out. If you are unsure whether a specific installation is allowed, check with the Ebbtide leasing office first.
Am I allowed to paint the walls?

Grills are not permitted on patios or balconies at Ebbtide Villas & Flats for fire safety reasons. What happens if I lose my key or access fob?

Guests are welcome at Ebbtide Villas & Flats. A guest may stay up to 7 consecutive nights without prior approval, and no single guest may stay more than 14 nights total in any calendar month without written consent from management. Anyone staying beyond those limits must be added to the lease as an occupant. For extended visits or special circumstances, contact the Ebbtide leasing office in advance.
Are storage units available?
Yes. Ebbtide Villas & Flats offers rentable storage units, priced from $55 to $100 per month depending on size. Availability is limited.
